While we try to insure that all are products are in stock, there will be times
when through unavoidable circumstances, we do not have the item that you require
in stock. If this occurs we will contact you via email as we are processing your
order to let you know how long it will take to get into stock. We will also let
you know as soon as possible if any of our products are unavailable and either
offer you an alternative or issue a full refund.
Our aim is to deliver to you as soon as possible within 2-5 working days. You
will be notified of estimated dispatch and delivery dates for your order, based
on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. In busy
periods orders may take longer to dispatch however we endeavour to process your
order as quickly as possible.
